Golden Light Guided Meditation

Imagine a golden light moving through your body.  That light will melt the tension and allow it to flow away from you, leaving you deeply relaxed and at peace.  In this guided mediation, you are taught the skill as you follow my words.  Then, you are left with the golden light for a few minutes in the peaceful silence.  This leads to a meditative state of mind.
