What You'll Do:
You'll identify a recurring challenging situation from your life and work with it through guided meditation and journaling. Using the Internal Struggle meditation, you'll practice all the skills you've learned together, building new brain pathways for handling life's stressors. You'll also work with forgiveness, learning to let go of past hurts so you can move forward.
Then you'll practice responding to real-time challenges as they happen in your life, using stress inoculation strategies to interrupt old patterns and create new responses in the moment.
