You'll discover how your brain constructed a "Historical Self" based on inherited beliefs and survival patterns that have been running on autopilot. Through the Ocean of Light meditation, you'll connect with your essence before these patterns formed, then use that awareness to consciously design an "Intentional Self"—who you truly want to be.
