The Mindfulness Course is the second course in the rest of Rande Howell Learning Systems' work. You must complete course 1 (Emotional Regulation) before starting this course.
This course is a mix of video lectures, guided meditations, readings, workbooks and training logs.
There are 19 lessons and 2.5 hours of video.
Mindfulness (awakening the Observer of the Self) is an essential skill for managing your journey into self-discovery. Without it, we stay blind to what we are blind to. Consequently, you stay stuck in repeating pattern that limit the development of your potential as a human being. Mindfulness is the breakout tool. You would thing that, with the power that mindfulness offers, people would be highly motivated to master this tool of development. But people fear what they may find if they raise a mirror so that they can truly see. And in that fear, they remain asleep and the opportunity of a lifetime, drifts by them unseen. It is time to tunr on the light of awareness so we can see what we have been blind to. This is our endeavor.
You will begin to discover self-awareness. Mindfulness is the essential skill for managing your journey into self-discovery.
Through guided meditations we will guide you to observe yourself without judgement. You will be able to develop self-awareness to distance yourself from self-limiting patterns.
Mindfulness is a breakout tool. You will be creating the practice of looking at your life in a new light as an Observer and seeing vs. being.
You will be able to step into a self that is empowered and . You will be able to break out of repeating patterns that limit the development of your potential as a human being.
You will be equipped with a toolkit that works both in sessions and in daily life. You will gain confidence in your ability to show up as yourself and understand your needs.
